Drive ServiceNow implementations and improve processes as a trusted technical leader. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions in a dynamic environment focused on excellence. This role requires a seasoned technical manager with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow implementation and management. You will work closely with clients, provide strategic guidance, and lead project delivery while developing long-term business relationships. Expect to adapt quickly to changing demands as you create value through your expertise in IT service management and the ServiceNow platform.
