Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads that contribute to UniUnis revenue growth by generating high-quality sales opportunities. You will use a multi-channel outreach approach (Cold Calling, Emails, LinkedIn Outreach, and Industry events) to engage key decision-makers and qualify prospects for the sales team.This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a significant impact in the final mile logistics and e-commerce space.What you'll doBudget and/or revenue ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas.Contributes to the sales pipeline, supporting revenue targets aligned with UniUnis growth objectives.Help onboard SMB clients to our new Small Business platformQualificationsRelated Work Experience1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads, onboarding).Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement toolFormal Education or EquivalentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.Excellent prospecting and research abilitiesidentifying and reaching high-value targets.Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teams.Data-driven mindsetability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Location: Hybrid role, minimum 3 days in office (Toronto-based required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
