Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance. Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position. Understanding of parts and service department metrics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of industrys best practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.
