Our Embedded Platform Systems and Infrastructure (EPSI) team is on the forefront of this work, emboldening our culture by seeking out determined, innovative individuals who will join our team to help move us forward and achieve our mission.We are looking for a high-performing self-driven Systems Specialist/Engineer to join the newly formed Embedded Platform Application System Engineering Team. The system specialist/engineer shall support decomposing Product and Program requirements into development of System Blueprints for Functions and Testable requirements for SW and HW solutions. They shall connect the testable requirements to iteratively define Co-Simulation environments.They shall support Product, Program and Engineering leads to define the how to design, develop, build, test, calibrate, integrate, and validate our solutions and tools.The Systems specialist will be working across Propulsion, Chassis, HV-LV Systems and Body domains.Key Responsibilities:Support Feature, System and Solution BoM for the Product AreaSupport Change control, architectural allocation and partitioning for optimization.Support the definition of co-simulation environments developed for each Product.Supporting deliverables include but not limited to: System Blueprint and BoM (FuDD compilation), SimBOM for co-simulation, Definition of done/acceptance criteria for co-simulation capabilities, Power ProfilesRequired Qualifications:Expert in Systems, Controls and Software architecture, Calibration and Testing development processes and tools.Strong background in Virtual Simulation development.Highly proficient at analyzing unusual and complex issues while driving for results in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership, organizational agility, collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills to influence effectively across all levels of a large organizationStrong project management skills and the ability to plan, prioritize work and execute the plan to meet business objectives on time with qualityExceptional oral and written communication skills.High level of interpersonal skill to work effectively with people in other functions and regions.3+ years of experience in Systems, Embedded Controls or equivalent DevelopmentBachelor's Degree in Engineering.This posting is not for an existing vacancy within the organization and is open to new applications.
