Title: Recent Graduate Human Resources Global Trainee Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON (On-site) Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Opportunity: We are partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing and energy sector to hire a Human Resources Global Trainee. This is a 2-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders through hands-on experience, project work, and exposure across multiple HR functions. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR operations within a complex industrial environment, with potential exposure to global teams and initiatives. What Youll Be Doing: Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across HR functions Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders Contribute to HR projects and process improvements Build an understanding of business operations within a manufacturing environment What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 4 years of HR experience (recent graduates strongly preferred) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Exposure to HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ideal Candidate: Curious, driven, and eager to learn Interested in building a long-term career in HR Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Open to relocation (if not local) Why This Role?: Structured career development program Exposure to multiple HR disciplines Opportunity to work with a global organization Strong long-term growth potential
