Part Time (.5) Faculty II Instructor Continuing Care Assistant Program Location: Saskatoon, SK Type: Part Time Posting Date: Oct 10, 2025 Closing Date: Nov 21, 2025 Responsibilities Provide practical and theoretical instruction of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Certificate program. Plan and deliver classes and labs, evaluating student performance and providing academic guidance. Qualifications Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a degree in Nursing Education or related subject area, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience approved by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Eligible for registration (active status) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association or the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan. Two (2) years of recent/relevant work experience, including experience in gerontology, home care and special care. Up-to-date TLR, CPR Level C with AED, PART, and WHMIS. Experience in adult education and instruction, good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with people from various equity groups is required. Experience in longterm care is an asset.
