This role functions within B2B Banking & Credit Technology Team. Within this group the team manages Loan Servicing applications such as LoanIQ, ABL (Asset Based Lending), Datascan (Dealer Floorplan), BUILT (Commercial Real Estate), leasepak (Equipment Finance), and Electronic Content Management (ECMOpentext apps). This position focuses on the Electronic Content Management team and requires deep expertise in industry-standard tools such as OpenText: ECM, IBM Filenet, OnBase, etc. Candidates with experience on other electronic document management technologies are also welcome. Applies development expertise to frontend and backend systems coding, combined with project management and systems administration skills. Designs strategies for continuous enhancement, performance optimization, stability, and scalability. Designs, develops, and maintains fullyfledged platforms with databases or servers. Designs user experience, UI interactions, responsive design, and overall architecture. Works with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and thirdparty apps, ensuring crossplatform compatibility and resolving issues during test and production phases. Salary & Compensation $94,600.00 $176,000.00, Salaried. The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on the number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
