Site Name: Canada British Columbia Vancouver, Canada Alberta Calgary, Canada Alberta Edmonton Job Purpose GSK is looking to hire a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Pipeline Solid Tumors to join our Oncology Medical Affairs Team. This fieldbased, hybrid role covers the Canada West territory (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary) and reports to the MSL Manager, Pipeline Solid Tumors. Responsibilities Build and maintain peertopeer scientific relationships with oncology specialists and other healthcare professionals; communicate balanced, evidencebased information to support clinical decisionmaking. Act as the fieldbased scientific expert for the territory, staying current on solidtumor biology, treatment approaches, and the evolving scientific landscape. Gather and report clinical and practice insights from the field to inform pipeline medical strategy, evidence generation, and local operational plans. Support clinical development by identifying and qualifying potential investigators and clinical trial sites across Canada. Represent GSK at scientific meetings and congresses, supporting expert engagement, session coverage and knowledge sharing. Deliver scientific training to internal colleagues using approved materials and contribute to crossfunctional projects as required. Basic Qualifications Advanced postgraduate scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD). Proven ability to explain and present complex scientific data clearly to clinical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate crossfunctionally. Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment, including hospital systems and access pathways. Valid Canadian drivers licence and ability to travel within the territory (up to 6070%). Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet objectives in a fieldbased role. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or similar medical affairs role, ideally in oncology or solid tumors. Established network and relationships with oncology clinicians in Canada. Experience supporting clinical trials, investigatorinitiated studies, or realworld evidence projects. Familiarity with Canadian reimbursement and access processes. Bilingual capability in English and French for bilingual territories. Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Compensation The annual compensation for this role is CAD115,500 to CAD192,500, determined based on experience and qualifications.
