Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd., in close collaboration with Doubleview Gold Corp., is advancing a portfolio of polymetallic exploration assets highlighted by one of the most compelling discoveries in British Columbias Golden Triangle. The Hat Project (HAT) stands as the flagship and most advanced asset, but the organizations mandate extends across multiple existing exploration projects in both Canada and the US and is expected to evolve further as additional opportunities are developed or acquired. As exploration activity intensifies across the current portfolioand with an eye toward future development and expansionTerracad and Doubleview are seeking a Vice President, Permitting & Regulatory Affairs to lead the disciplined execution of permitting, regulatory compliance, and mineraltenure management that underpin successful exploration today and enable longterm development across all assets. This role will be central to establishing consistent, scalable regulatory systems that support not only the Hat Project, but also the organizations broader and growing project pipeline. THE OPPORTUNITY This role offers the opportunity to play a central, handson role in advancing the Hat Project (HAT)Doubleviews flagship polymetallic discovery and the primary focus of the role today. The Vice President, Permitting & Regulatory Affairs will personally drive permitting and compliance activities associated with HAT, ensuring exploration programs advance efficiently, responsibly, and in full regulatory compliance. In addition to the Hat Project, the role carries responsibility for all four existing Terracad/ Doubleview exploration projects, as well as any future projects added to the portfolio. While HAT will command the majority of nearterm attention, the successful candidate will establish and maintain consistent, disciplined tenure, permitting, and regulatory systems across the broader asset baseensuring continuity, readiness, and compliance as projects advance. Reporting to the President & CEO, this is a groundup execution role, not a supervisory or advisoryonly position. Success requires personal ownership of regulatory submissions, rigorous recordkeeping, proactive coordination with regulators and consultants, and reliable followthrough across multiple projects. The role is well suited to a practical, detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastmoving exploration environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, submit, and manage British Columbia exploration permits, including Notice of Work (NoW) applications, amendments, and renewals, with primary emphasis on the Hat Project. Coordinate and secure supporting authorizations such as wateruse approvals, streamcrossing permits, and timbercutting permits. Proactively manage regulator inquiries and followups to facilitate timely approvals. Maintain a comprehensive permitting roadmap and renewal calendar across all active and future projects. Manage mineral tenure and claims, including tracking assessment obligations, fees, renewals, and statutory filings. Maintain a centralized, auditready tenure and permitting database covering the full project portfolio. Identify baseline study requirements (wildlife, vegetation, archaeology, hydrology, meteorology) and coordinate execution with qualified consultants. Ensure baseline and compliance documentation is qualitycontrolled, properly archived, and readily available to support permitting and future development stages. Support Indigenous consultation processes through documentation, tracking, and coordination of communications. Assist with drafting and recordkeeping related to exploration agreements, MOUs, and capacityfunding arrangements. Coordinate closely with technical and project teams to gather inputs, resolve gaps, and maintain consistent regulatory discipline across all assets. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a handson permitting and regulatory practitioner with demonstrated experience advancing mineral exploration projects through disciplined regulatory execution. They are dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with regulators, consultants, and internal stakeholders without extensive administrative layers. They bring a strong sense of ownership, consistency under pressure, and pride in accurate, defensible recordkeeping. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Direct experience with British Columbia mineral exploration permitting, including Notice of Work processes and Mines Act requirements. Experience managing mineral tenure portfolios and regulatory compliance tracking systems. Proven ability to coordinate baseline studies and produce or oversee highquality regulatory documentation. Postsecondary education in environmental science, geoscience, engineering, land management, or a related discipline. Professional designations such as P.Geo., P.Eng., or R.P.Bio. are considered assets. Familiarity with U.S. permitting systems, including Arizona MEP and GFOP, is an asset but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
