For our Cyber Security Analysts, staying current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends is second nature. To ensure true 24/7 operations, we work distributed between Switzerland and Canada. You can choose from a wide range of opportunities to contribute to the development, expansion, and operation of our Cyber Resilience Center. Are you passionate about cyber security, living in Metro Vancouver and interested in working as part of an international setup? Scope for Impact Monitoring and analysis of security events using SIEM, EDR, and NIDS platforms to detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats Incident Response and Forensics: Performing event triage, indepth analysis, and incident response in line with established cyber defense processes and industry frameworks Threat Intelligence and Prevention: Leveraging cyber threat intelligence and proactive security tools to continuously improve the overall security posture Vulnerability Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across the IT infrastructure Projects and Automation: Actively contributing to and shaping initiatives focused on continuous improvement and security automation Qualifications Education and Certifications: Completed education in computer science or a related field, along with relevant cyber security certifications or advanced training (e.g. SANS/GIAC, OSCP) Professional Experience: Several years of handson experience working with SIEM solutions and other core SOC tools, combined with broad exposure to security operations Analytical Skills: Strong curiosity and excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to assess and respond to complex cyber threats Flexibility: Interest in working with our team in Vancouver to support 24/7 operations, as well as willingness to spend up to one month per year working in Switzerland to foster team collaboration and exchange Language Skills: Fluency in English both written and spoken German is an advantage Benefits Flexible working arrangements, including adaptable schedules and hybrid work options Support for professional development, including learning initiatives and further education opportunities Competitive vacation policy Regular employee and team events Opportunities to engage in internal communities and innovation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
