Shape the future of remuneration as a Pay Structure Specialist within a supportive team. You'll focus on designing a robust framework that ensures fair, transparent, and sustainable pay outcomes organization-wide. This 6-month fixed term position allows you to leverage your extensive expertise in remuneration practices. Your role involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Finance to implement effective remuneration processes. You will also be responsible for enhancing the council's remuneration governance and architecture, as well as aiding in the annual remuneration review process. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose pay framework Ensure collaboration with HR and Payroll on best practices Strengthen governance for remuneration structures Assist in the annual remuneration review Contribute to collective bargaining and system requirements Requirements: Over 4 years in remuneration, reward, or compensation Experience in a unionized or complex setting Proficient in remuneration modelling and market data analysis Familiarity with NZ employment legislation Strong relationship management and communication skills Leverage your skills in remuneration to drive strategic change, creating impactful, fair pay structures for all stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
