Overview Finishing End Superintendent, Adams Lake, British Columbia As a Finishing End Superintendent at Interfor, youll lead a motivated team in a dynamic, technical manufacturing environment. Youll oversee the safe and efficient operation of the planermill, dry kiln, inventory yards, and shipping department, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will shape safety, quality, and productivity across the finishing end. This posting is for an existing vacancy. What You Offer - Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing and sawmill processes. - Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. - Experience: 710 years in manufacturing operations, with 35 years in a supervisory or management role preferred. - Education: Post-secondary education in Forestry, Business, or equivalent industrial experience is preferred.
