Reporting to the Road Supervisor, the Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning the maintenance and servicing of the fleet, as well as units owned by our clients. They will coordinate appointments with clients, manage schedules, routes, and oversee the movements of the maintenance technician team, who will be directly under their supervision. Main responsibilities Analyze the maintenance schedule for machinery for clients of our four branches and ensure the accuracy of maintenance data in the planning portal (maintenance cycle, projected annual hours, next maintenance date, maintenance plan, etc.). Proactively communicate with internal and external clients to schedule maintenance appointments using the planning portal. Open maintenance work orders and build the schedule using the designated tools, ensuring to plan the work according to an optimal route that limits unprofitable travel. Provide a complete diagnostic of the equipment and future needs to the road supervisor after each maintenance, so they can coordinate upcoming work with the client. Optimize the work of lubrication units by offering Manulifts maintenance program to clients who could benefit from it, when necessary. Plan and communicate the appointment schedules to the maintenance technicians (Lube Truck). Confirm site access and ensure all complete and detailed information is passed on to the maintenance technicians. Follow up with clients on repairs made and recommended to fully meet their needs. Process billing for parts required for maintenance. Schedule maintenance in regions not served by Lube Truck technicians (transfer to the road technicians dispatch service). Ensure standardization and quality of documents and SRTs related to maintenance. Adjust and update maintenance parameters in the SIM. Prepare maintenance kits. Qualifications Experience in the mechanical field. Diploma in construction machinery mechanics, agricultural mechanics or heavy machinery, an asset. Good command of the Office suite and ease with ERP systems. Experience in personnel management is an asset. Bilingualism is essential: proficiency in both spoken and written French and English. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Good ability to manage priorities. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Why Manulift? Salary based on your experience.
