Role Description This is a part-time remote opportunity for a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with established objectives and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing budgets, monitoring project performance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the Program Manager will identify and mitigate risks while optimizing resources to achieve program goals. Qualifications Project Management and Planning skills, with experience in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverablesStrong Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities to engage a variety of teams and individualsProblem-Solving and Decision-Making skills for identifying and addressing challenges efficientlyUnderstanding of Data Analysis and Reporting to monitor and measure program performanceProficiency in utilizing project management software tools and platformsAbility to collaborate in a remote work environment and adapt to flexible working conditionsRelevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, public administration, or a related fieldCertification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent preferred
