Drive operational excellence as Lead Engineer, Boiler House. Manage the safe and compliant operation of boiler systems, focusing on maintenance, training, and efficiency improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with TSSA regulations while managing a dynamic team of engineers. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of boiler house systems Lead compliance initiatives with environmental regulations Develop and support engineering team through training Direct maintenance and repairs of boiler equipment Support continuous improvement efforts within operations Requirements: TSSA 1st Class Operating Engineer Certification required 10+ years of progressive experience in operations Supervisory experience, ideally in unions Knowledge of fluidized bed boilers and fire protection Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Utilize your extensive experience to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all boiler house systems in the facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
