We advise like owners and that only works if execution is exceptional. We are hiring a Director, Client Services to own that standard. The Role: This is a leadership role focused on execution. You will work directly with senior brokers and leadership sitting at the center of active mandates ensuring that every client engagement is organized, moving forward, and professionally managed from start to finish. You turn conversations into action, keep deals on track, and make the experience feel seamless for the client. What Youll Own: Client Experience Stay consistently in front of clients with clear updates, summaries, and next steps Ensure nothing gets lost in email, meetings, or handoffs Create a calm, structured experience even when deals are complex Elevate how clients experience Floorspace across every interaction Deal Execution Drive day-to-day execution of leasing and advisory mandates Draft and manage key documentation (LOIs, offers, deal summaries) Coordinate across brokers, landlords, and legal counsel Track critical dates, conditions, and deal progress Process & Accountability Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans Ensure every next step is defined, assigned, and completed Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable Maintain full visibility across all active workstreams Operational Structure Bring consistency to how deals and clients are managed Improve workflows and reduce friction Keep FLO accurate and up to date Help build a more scalable way of operating Who This Is For: A senior transaction manager or deal lead An operations or client services lead in a high-touch environment You are: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities Proactive you move things forward without being asked Good at bringing structure to fast-moving or ambiguous situations Comfortable holding people accountable You take pride in making things run well and raising the standard as you do it.
