You'll support staff development and foster relationships within the local community for positive impact. Engage with the team and enhance communication to ensure service quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage front of house staff training and recruitment Ensure clear communication among team members Facilitate customer reviews and responses Monitor inventory and handle liquor orders Manage daily operational reports for the general manager Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a FOH role Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to delegate and manage effectively Proficient in email and basic reporting Valid driver's license required Utilize your management skills to enhance the community bar experience while leading a motivated FOH team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
