About The Opportunity McDougall Energy is looking for a dynamic selfmotivated professional to join our team as a Service Manager. Reporting to the Director of Service, this position is an integral member of the Service Department and is responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership and guidance to our Northern Operations team. Responsibilities Lead the service team in the execution of comps, gas checks, site inspections, deficiencies resolution, and installations. Track and followup on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service activities. Oversee internal service personnel and service contractors to ensure all service work is completed in regulatory compliance and per company standards, including quality of work, job completion and performance. Review contractor network across operations for pricing, performance and customer experience. Generate, adhere to and report on the budget for the service department. Drive cost and efficiencies related to inventory management, installation costs and work efficiencies. Track and ensure compliance for all employees and contractors for license requirements and delivery training when required. Develop key relationships with internal sales team and industry partners for business development. Respond to customer inquiries as required. About You The ideal candidate will have: 5 years of experience in the Service Technician industry. Technical licensing OBT2, G2 considered an asset. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Customer focused. Willingness to travel on occasion to support Operations.
