Become the Clinical Director responsible for managing clinical programs and teams that deliver evidence-based care in a hybrid model. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the leadership team. This role involves comprehensive oversight of clinical policy development, resource management, and the implementation of quality improvement strategies. You''ll be at the forefront of liaising with other organizations to ensure innovative care solutions are in place. Your leadership will guide a diverse team as you pioneer new initiatives aligned with both provincial objectives and local priorities.
