Please apply online at Only those applications received online will be considered.ResponsibilitiesLead and support consulting engagements across private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous sectors, focusing on strategic planning, operational reviews, program design, and stakeholder engagement and moreConduct business planning, feasibility studies, program reviews and redesigns, financial analysis, and other management consulting services to advance new opportunitiesReview, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondenceDevelop project plans, coordinate logistics, and monitor timelines to ensure successful delivery of client engagementsPerform in-depth research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using methods such as interviews, focus groups, surveys, and administrative dataTranslate insights into actionable recommendations and high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondenceBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and opportunities for added value are identifiedContribute to proposal development and business development initiatives, including presentations, workshops, and community engagementCoach and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environmentPromote internal consulting services and contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and networkingMaintain flexibility to travel as required for client engagements and internal meetingsSkills and ExperienceBachelors degree in business, political science, information science or other related fieldCompletion of a masters degree in business, public administration or other related field is preferredStrong critical thinking, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills4 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment would be an assetCertifications such as CMC, PMP or Lean are considered assets #J-18808-Ljbffr
