About The Opportunity Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a handson, servicedriven Resident Manager to oversee the full daytoday operations of our first property in Regina, a 90+ unit residential community. This is a unique, allinone role that blends property management, maintenance, and cleaning responsibilities. You will act as the primary onsite presence, responsible for creating a wellrun, wellmaintained, and welcoming environment for residents. From leasing and resident relations to completing repairs and maintaining common areas, you will take ownership of the property and play a key role in delivering a highquality resident experience. What Youll Do Oversee the daily operations of a 90+ unit residential property Manage leasing activities including showings, applications, moveins, and renewals Build strong relationships with residents by providing responsive, professional service Collect rent and proactively manage arrears Perform general maintenance and minor repairs within suites and common areas Prepare vacant units including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, amenities, and exterior spaces Coordinate and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs and services Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall condition Maintain accurate records, work orders, and reports using property management systems Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations Respond to afterhours emergencies as required What You Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in residential property management, maintenance, or a similar handson role Strong ability to perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Experience with cleaning and maintaining residential buildings to a high standard Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the property Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using property management software, such as Yardi Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation Basic tools required for maintenance tasks Physical ability to perform maintenance duties including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Ready to Find Your Zen?
