Join a dedicated team as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, leading operations at our Regina AMO. Focused on safety and excellence, you''ll mentor an apprentice while ensuring high standards in aircraft maintenance. In this pivotal role, you will guide daily activities, performing critical maintenance on general aviation and light commercial aircraft, including engine inspections. Collaborate with an E-Engineer and maintain strong communication with management to foster a service-oriented environment. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve exemplary safety and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Direct daily maintenance operations at Regina AMO Mentor an apprentice and foster their development Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Oversee inspections of Continental and Lycoming engines Aid in the servicing of aircraft electronic systems Requirements: Must hold a valid M1 AME license Experience with general aviation and light aircraft Proven leadership and team management skills Strong focus on safety and operational effectiveness Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Lead an enthusiastic team committed to exceptional safety and service in aircraft maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
