Along with this, the General Manager - Neighbourhood will maintain a clean, professional and safe environment.* Ensure a high level of member retention* Achieve sales targets* Operate the club within budget* Interview and provide basic on boarding to third-party vendors* Use best practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services* Passion for Fitness* Strong sales and customer service skills* Seasoned coaching skills* Strong communications skills* Previous experience with hiring and training* A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential* CPR certification required within 3 months of employment* Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility* Ongoing training and development to ensure a long and successful career path* Opportunities for advancement* Competitive Total Rewards Package* Fun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day!**Compensation:**It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $55,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary.
