Our client is a mid-sized freight brokerage business that have been in business for more that 25 years. Due to continued growth they are seeking a strong Senior Dispatcher to join their dispatch team.Ideal candidates will bring:Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience with at least 50% of that experience FTL - Full Truckload freight (dry van/reefer/flat deck)Minimum 25% of your experience should also be US Transborder activityFreight capacity sourcingFreight negotiation/purchasing (transit time, service standard pricing)Track and Trace expertise with market toolsIncident management and recovery / resolutionProfessional work standardsStrong organization with the ability to multitaskWell developed interpersonal communication skills with both external and internal customersPositive energy and a conscientious, can-do attitudeThis opportunity is 100% in-office and comes with a very competitive total compensation package.Reimer Associates thanks you for your application and interest in this opportunity.
