This role works closely with field teams and leadership to ensure compliance, lead safety initiatives, and promote a strong safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and implement HSE programs across multiple job sitesEnsure compliance with OHSA, ISO standards, COR, and company policiesConduct site inspections, audits, and track corrective actionsMonitor subcontractor safety performanceLead or support incident investigations and root cause analysisPrepare reports and identify safety trends and improvementsMentor and support junior HSE CoordinatorsDeliver safety training and ensure certifications are up to dateCollaborate with project teams to integrate safety into operationsSupport emergency preparedness and safety drillsRequirements57+ years of HSE experience in construction (field-based)Diploma or degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of OHSA, ISO 14001, and COR standardsExperience with audits and safety compliance processesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and HSE software (SALUS is an asset)Nice to HaveCRSP, CSP, or NCSO certificationExperience managing multiple projects and teamsAI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
