Position Summary Parttime (29.6 hours per week) Audio Typist Dermatology Department, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday. The role is designed to support the Dermatology service by accurately transcribing medical dictations and providing efficient administrative assistance. Responsibilities Support the Dermatology team by transcribing dictations, managing scheduling, preparing reports, and performing general administrative duties as required. Key Requirements Qualifications: Two standard grades, including English, are essential; a medical secretarial qualification is desirable. Experience: Previous audiotypist or secretarial role, ideally within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with TrakCare is an advantage. Skills: Strong organisational ability, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high attention to detail, and fast typing speed.
