You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and highquality CRM communications.23 years of progressive CRM experience managing endtoend campaign execution.Handson experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Content Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience segmentation.Understanding of AMPScript for dynamic personalization.Familiarity with SQL automation and automation workflows within Automation Studio.Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.Experience with deliverability best practices & inbox optimization.Experience delivering marketing communications in a multichannel environment.Completion of post-secondary education (preferred in Marketing, Digital, Business or related fields).Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.Excellent organizational, analytical, and decisionmaking abilities.
