SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Recruiter will source and interview candidates for Saxon Aerospace's existing requisitions, while following the recruiting processes and utilizing tools that result in efficiency and high quality of hires.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for Saxon Aerospace client openings, including but not limited to: Sourcing and networking, scheduling, interviewing candidates, managing communications, and tracking activity.Develop proactive sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and implement new methods to attract talent.Partner with clients to assist in filling needed positionCreate and maintain advertisements on internal and external job boardsVetting and qualifying prospective candidatesConduct reference checks on candidates.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent.Three (3) years of recruiting experience.Prior engineering/aerospace recruiting experience a plusSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Competitive, confident, go-getterEffective negotiation skillsWorking knowledge of labor and employment laws related to staffing.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to influence and build relationships across the organization and externally.Consummate professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMS Office skills, especially MS Word.Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent attention to detail.Saxon Aerospace Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
