Your Role: In this role, you will provide a complete transportation solutions service to CEVA Canada customers by managing air, ocean, and ground operations, as well as procurement and tenders.With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. What You Will Do:Build and maintain a constructive relationship with customersFollow up on orders with various suppliers and communicate updates to the customerVerify documentation and ensure compliance with requirementsIssue required documentation in accordance with instructions and regulationsMaintain certain reports (internal or external)Track shipments to destination and inform customers of any updates or developmentsInvoice according to the rates provided to the customerPerform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisorRespond to various quotation requests (from customers and/or overseas partners)Provide innovative solutions to customer(s)Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other bid requestsWork as part of a team and support colleagues during vacations and absences What Were Looking For:Education & ExperienceCollege diploma or equivalent level of education35 years of experience in the transportation-logistics industryMinimum 1 year in freight forwardingSkills & AptitudesExperience coordinating FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, RORO, air freight, and ground transport (including oversized, hazardous, dangerous and heavy cargo)Strong attention to detail and proactive problemsolvingStrong focus on safety and complianceExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of IncotermsPersonal AttributesProfessional, responsive, and customerorientedStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsDemonstrates leadership, integrity, sound judgment, and creativity Why Join CEVA?Youll be part of a global organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
