What You Will Bring To The Role Level 3 General Insurance License is required. 5+ years of clientfacing commercial insurance experience, with direct responsibility for large, complex commercial accounts (e.g., multiline, US exposure, layered programs, complex property/liability, highpremium or multilocation risks). Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients, including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities. Confident, polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts. Proactive, selfdirected, and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and followthrough. Works well in a fastpaced, clientfocused environment managing multiple competing priorities. Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required. Why Join HUB?
