Become a key player in activating and engaging partners for a dynamic program. Drive pipeline growth, recruit new partners, and effectively utilize a cutting-edge ITSM platform in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will manage a diverse partner portfolio while executing a robust activation playbook. Your focus will be to recognize the potential in partners, ensuring engagement and timely progress toward their first deals. Success is measured by your ability to cultivate your partner relationships and maintain transparent communications to drive mutual growth. Key Responsibilities: Own 15-25 partners within your designated territory Implement activation strategies within 45 days of signing Drive partner-sourced pipeline generation metrics Conduct structured monthly and quarterly partner engagements Maintain and report partner health and activity levels Requirements: 3-5+ years in channel sales or partner management Experience with technology resellers in B2B SaaS Proven track record of achieving revenue goals Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create order Ignite success in your partner relationships while shaping the activation playbook in an innovative ITSM landscape with unmatched AI features. #J-18808-Ljbffr
