Interpret technical specifications and drawings to recommend appropriate product solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order information within CRM and ERP systems. Follow up on quotations and proactively manage sales pipelines to drive conversions. Collaborate with outside sales teams to support complex applications and project opportunities. Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors. The experience you bring: Post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline) or equivalent technical training. 2+ years of inside sales or technical sales experience in industrial or B2B environments. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Experience with HVAC, fan, or mechanical equipment preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
