We are a company focused on individual talent development and success, in addition to your well-being.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Ensure regulatory and quality compliance with Health Canada, FDA, CBSA, and other governing bodies* Investigate and close product recalls and corporate brand complaints, including required reporting* Support ISO audits and maintain regulatory procedures and documentation* Assist with product and establishment licensing and regulatory research for imports/exports* Prepare export documentation and ensure accuracy of international shipping records* Manage customs processes, including Smartborder, CERS, and coordination with brokers and agencies* Maintain import/export records, manuals, and compliance with CUSMA and CBSA requirements* Collaborate with vendors, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to resolve shipment and documentation issues* Provide training and guidance on regulatory, customs, and transportation of dangerous goods requirements**WHAT YOU BRING*** Post-secondary education in science, business, or a related field* Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory, quality, and customs within healthcare distribution* Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements* Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory systems* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentYour favourite words are: Compliance, Accuracy, Regulatory, Quality, Customs, Documentation, Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Deadlines, Collaboration.*This position is based in our Niagara-on-the-Lake, Corporate Office and is available for a HYBRID working arrangement.**Compensation:** *The posted range for this position is $49,000 - $60,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
