About the Team The Engineering team at Stan is small, senior, and incredibly high impact. In just two years, a team of five fullstack engineers built a $30M+ ARR company, and were now scaling toward $100M+. Engineers at Stan are deeply involved in product decisions, work closely with design and gotomarket partners, and own work endtoend - from ideation to deployment and iteration. About the Role Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale products used by tens of thousands of creators. This is a highimpact role for engineers who love shipping, thrive in fastpaced environments, and want direct influence on both product and business outcomes. What Youll Do Build elegant, scalable fullstack systems that power creator workflows. Own features endtoend, from concept to production. Partner closely with Product, Design, and GTM to shape what we build and why. Use customer feedback as a primary input into product decisions. Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability. Youll Likely Succeed If You Have We dont expect you to check every box. We care most about strong fundamentals and ownership. Experience building fullstack web applications in production environments. Strong product intuition and usercentric mindset. Ability to reason from first principles and challenge assumptions.
