We are seeking a Senior Planner Scheduler to join our team in Toronto. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North Americas most significant projects. Together with customers, partners, and colleagues, we deliver projects that help communities grow and prosper. In this role, your primary task will be to prepare and develop schedules for a variety of large multidiscipline schemes or smaller projects, where the ability to prioritize competing demands will be key. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain resourceloaded time schedules using the critical path method, in conjunction with Project Managers and Clients Closely track the progress of work, update schedules periodically and prepare monthly status reports Assist with critical path analysis and highlight timerelated issues and risks, including the proposal of mitigation measures Troubleshoot technical issues on schedules and monitor resource performances against budget Communicate with management, project managers, colleagues and external stakeholders to understand the schedule and any issues Assist the Contract Management team with evaluating schedule impacts arising from change and risk mitigation What You Bring A minimum of 10 years experience, with a focus in related construction or engineering industries. Planning and scheduling experience in large multidiscipline civil engineering projects (bridge, tunnel or marine experience). Indepth working knowledge and direct experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Commercial awareness with a good knowledge of North American contracts and Earned Value analysis. Good written and verbal communication skills. Selfmotivation with the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
