Fire Alarm Technician (CFAA Registered) Platinum Fire Equipment Inc. -Southwestern Ontario (Brantford / Tillsonburg) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional on-call or overtime as required) Salary: Based on experience About Us : Platinum Fire Equipment Inc. is a growing, full-service fire protection company serving Southwestern Ontario for over 27 years. Operating from Brantford and Tillsonburg, we provide complete fire protection solutions including installation, inspection, maintenance, and service. Our expertise covers fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, special suppression systems, emergency lighting, portable extinguishers, and high-pressure cylinder requalification. With a team of 26 employees, we continue to expand and are looking to add a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to support our growth. We are seeking a CFAA-registered Fire Alarm Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and service work across a variety of fire protection systems. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We''re hiring within a 40 km radius of the London/Woodstock area, with a preference for candidates located in or near Brantford, Kitchener, and Tillsonburg. Responsibilities: Perform annual and monthly inspections of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and portable extinguishers Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fire protection equipment Complete and submit inspection reports, deficiency reports, and work orders accurately and on time Maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards Provide professional service to clients across Southwestern Ontario Requirements: Valid CFAA Fire Alarm Technician registration (required) Valid Ontario Class G drivers licence (required) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience with fire alarm systems and related equipment What we have to offer: Competitive pay based on experience and technical ability Company phone Tools and uniforms provided Group benefits package Why Join us?
