Explore this exciting opportunity in southern Saskatchewan! As Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, workforce planning & recruitment, career development and more. You will collaborate with the offsite Head Office HR/Management team of a wellestablished agricultural livestock client. Working from your home office, you will provide HR leadership and guidance to over 80 managers and employees at three South Saskatchewan agricultural locations. Travel at least quarterly to each location is required. Responsibilities Establish trusted relationships with onsite leaders and employees to build and maintain a positive, engaged, and productive work environment. Conduct onsite visits, meet with employees, conduct new employee orientation and training, and work within the agricultural operations near livestock while abiding by all biosecurity protocols. Manage workforce planning and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse workforce. Provide HR support including policy/process development and administration, employee relations, talent development, strategy execution, and performance management. Qualifications Related Bachelors Degree plus 35+ years of HR generalist experience; experience in the agriculture industry is an asset. Takes ownership and accountability; comfortable working independently, mostly from a home location. Serviceoriented and proactive leadership style. Willing to learn and comfortable with growing animals, the feed industry, and related biosecurity requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset, and willingness to learn Spanish to communicate with Hispanic employees is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
