SCOPE OF WORK Project Site Coordinator Direct Reports: n/a Travel: On-site 5 days a week; valid driver''s license and access to reliable vehicle required JOB PURPOSE The Project Site Coordinator is based at a designated job site and is responsible for assisting in the management of mediumlarge scale institutional decarbonization projects ($5M - $100M retrofits) to ensure they are completed on time and on budget while upholding safety and quality standards. Interaction with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders onsite supports continuous improvements aligned with Blackstone''s Health and Safety, DEI+B initiatives. The Project Site Coordinator serves as the key onsite point person for Blackstone to ensure project management best practices, proper documentation, and departmental processes are adhered to, driving customer satisfaction and internal profitability. Collaboration is critical with the Project Team, PMO, and Project Engineers to meet deliverables. SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in construction management of major industrial, healthcare, and higher education retrofit projects, including onsite operations, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Support procurement processes: tendering, negotiation, and contract management. Monitor project performance to ensure budget, schedule, and energy savings targets are met. Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines throughout the lifecycle. Manage scope changes, technical challenges, and project costs within budgets. Collaborate with internal teams from design through to completion. Ensure onsite compliance with project designs, specifications, and regulations. Maintain and strengthen client and project delivery relationships to meet expectations and satisfaction. Support Client Satisfaction Survey process: distribution, analysis, and tracking. Attend internal and external meetings; prepare presentations and reports. Coordinate and attend occasional afterhours and weekend construction activities (e.g., planned power outages, crane lifts). Ensure compliance with all Blackstone, client, and legislative Health & Safety policies. Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and aligns with branding and formatting standards. Administer and guide project deliveries per Blackstone''s processes and policies. Assist with proposal reviews, quoting, and document preparation. Continuously review and improve processes and documentation to meet team goals. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Cooperate with and support interdepartmental, interdivisional, intercompany goals and directives endorsed by the Corporation. NOTES Must have a reliable vehicle to ensure transportation to and from site, 5 days a week. Blackstone will provide a laptop, monitor, and mobile phone on the Company Corporate cellular plan.
