OnSite Base salary: $120,000 to $145,000 plus Bonus, RRSP matching, Full Benefits and other perks An established and growing consumer products company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead key operational functions across warehouse, logistics, and information systems. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will drive operational excellence, oversee strategic corporate projects, and improve systems and processes across the organization. Location: Niagara Region, Ontario | FullTime | OnSite What Youll Do Lead and mentor managers across Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems teams Build team capability through coaching, development plans, performance management, and recruitment Lead companywide projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals Partner with leaders across the business to define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and manage dependencies across multiple projects Develop and execute operational strategies to improve warehouse performance, logistics efficiency, inventory management, and business systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, scalability, process standardization, and cost savings Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage operational budgets Monitor KPIs across operations, including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, project milestones, and system performance Ensure accurate inventory forecasting, multilocation distribution, and timely customer order fulfillment Lead ERP, WMS, and other business system implementations, integrations, testing, and optimization Partner with teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational workflows What You Bring 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, ERP/business systems, or a related field 7+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or department leaders Strong background leading warehouse, logistics, and IT/business systems functions Proven success leading largescale corporate projects and process improvement initiatives Experience with ERP and WMS systems, inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and multisite distribution Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience Experience improving warehouse operations, logistics processes, and operational systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills Comfortable working in a fastmoving, changing environment Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field PMP, Six Sigma, CCBA, or related certifications are considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
