Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Locum The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Saskatoon and the University of Saskatchewan, Department of Psychiatry is seeking a locum team-oriented Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to cover a 1-year term starting ASAP. The successful candidate will provide services to effectively address the mental health needs of pediatric patients. The locum position is funded through a Clinical Funding Plan and provides the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with protected time for clinical work. Potential areas of clinical work include outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and consultationliaison to medical and surgical units. As a member of the Department of Psychiatry, the successful candidate will hold appointments with both the University of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Appointment with the university will be at the assistant, associate or full professor level, and teaching opportunities are available. Call coverage is shared with all other Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in the Division, providing a balanced lifestyle.
