The Skills That Set You Apart A technical background in engineering, environmental science, project management, or a related consulting discipline, with practical, applied experience. Proven success in clientfacing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and deliver value beyond defined scopes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust. Experience operating autonomously in remote or resourceconstrained environments. A commercial mindset with experience supporting business development or growth initiatives. Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a growing regional team.
