Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction A well-established, mid-sized, employee-owned General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex commercial and multifamily construction projects in Edmonton.This organization is known for its collaborative culture, operational excellence, and long-term employee retention. The role is office-based with regular site presence and offers the opportunity to lead projects using both traditional and collaborative delivery models.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controlsCoordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsMaintain strong client relationships and transparent communicationPromote safety, quality, and continuous improvementSupport collaborative delivery approachesQualifications7+ years of Project Management experience with a General ContractorCommercial and/or multifamily construction backgroundExperience as a Senior or Lead PM is an assetStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsCompensation: $130,000$165,000 + bonus and benefitsLocation: Edmonton, AB (full-time, in-office)
