Drive operational success as an Assistant Retail Operations Manager. Supervise safety, coordinate store displays, and manage cash operations while supporting staff and community initiatives. In this essential full-time role, you will assist the Store Manager in organizing day-to-day operations. Candidates should have two years of relevant experience, ideally with secondhand merchandise, along with basic accounting proficiency. Your leadership will guide a team focused on executing the mission and enhancing community support through thrift store operations.
