Facilitate growth in Mtis cultural development as the Director of Employment Programs. Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective training initiatives are aligned with community needs and objectives. In this role, you will lead the implementation of significant employment services across Saskatchewans Mtis Nation regions. This includes the management of various programs under the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Strategy. Effective supervision of teams and collaboration with external agencies will be vital to support both short and long-term goals for Mtis clients. Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective implementation of employment training strategies Supervise regional staff and coordinate human resources Prepare and maintain budget and compliance reports Develop services that meet Mtis cultural needs Build relationships with government and funding partners Requirements: Masters Degree or in-progress qualification Several years in career services, especially in management 3-5 years supervisory experience required Deep understanding of Mtis employment needs Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration Elevate employment services and training for Mtis people, fostering growth throughout Saskatchewan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
