Typical projects range in value from approximately $100K to $5M and support long-term programs with a multiyear outlook.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycles from proposal phase through to implementationDefine methods, resources, and strategies required to meet project objectives and develop comprehensive project execution plans covering all project phasesBalance and manage competing project constraints including scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risksDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, with support from a project scheduler, and identify resourcing requirements to drive performanceDevelop and implement recovery plans to address delayed activities and bring deliverables back on trackMaintain full accountability for project financial performanceMonitor project expenditures and performance indicators and update forecasts, addressing deviations as they are identifiedControl project scope by interpreting contracts and Statements of Work and monitoring activities and customer requests accordinglyTravel to customer locations and other Westinghouse facilities as requiredCandidate RequirementsMustHave QualificationsNuclear industry experience with Bruce Power (BP) or Ontario Power Generation (OPG)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience supporting execution and/or construction activities for BP or OPG projectsWhy Join Us?ALTEN Canada fosters a dynamic, collaborative work environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
