Role Overview Client Experience Manager at Sephora oversees the sales floor, coaching and motivating Beauty Advisors and Stage Experience Leads to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities - Train and develop Beauty Advisors and Stage Experience Leads, including orientation and sellingmodel training. - Respond promptly to client feedback via Medallia, the service hotline, and instore interactions; serve as Client Experience Lead instore. - Plan and coordinate instore events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring proper staffing and sales opportunities. - Support visual merchandising by ensuring concepts align with standards and maintaining a clean floor and adequate supplies. - Manage vendor relations, ensuring brand representatives provide effective training and coaching. - Collaborate with the Store Operations & Talent Manager and Beauty Services Manager; report to the Store Director. Qualifications - 24 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (or equivalent internal experience). - Metricsdriven with a proven track record of motivating teams to meet company goals. - Strong managerial presence and composure when conducting difficult conversations. - Ability to build highperforming teams and develop talent throughout their careers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence partners at all levels. - Proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel.
