Job SummaryThe Site Superintendent Large Loss Restoration is responsible for the onsite management and execution of largescale restoration projects, including commercial, industrial, and multiunit residential losses. This role oversees daily operations on complex loss sites resulting from fire, flood, wind, or other catastrophic events.The Site Superintendent acts as the primary onsite leader, coordinating crews, subcontractors, trades, and vendors while maintaining strict quality control, safety compliance, and communication with Project Managers and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Oversee daytoday site operations from emergency response through reconstructionSupervise crews, subcontractors, and tradesEnforce safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and consultantsMaintain site documentation, daily reports, and quality controlRequirements:5+ years experience in restoration or construction supervisionLarge loss experience (commercial or multiunit preferred)Strong leadership, organization, and communication skillsValid drivers license and ability to travel to job sitesPreferred:IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.)Experience working with insurance claimsWe Offer:Salary range: $75,000 $100,000 annually, depending on experienceVehicle or vehicle allowanceBenefits packageCareer growth in large loss and catastrophe work
