We are looking for an experience Engineering Change Control Subject Matter Expert to support project work within a large, regulated utility environment. This role focuses on providing advanced guidance, oversight, and hands-on support for managing technical changes within an established change control framework.Key Requirements: ECC Experiences with OPG **OPG security cleared **810 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical project environments, including direct involvement in formal change control processes.Background may include work with major utilities, infrastructure operators, or engineering service providers supporting complex design changes.Strong familiarity with engineering governance practices, design modification workflows, documentation expectations, and cross-functional coordination.Ability to guide teams through change submissions, develop technical justifications, assemble change packages, and manage items through their full lifecycle.Professional engineering designation in Ontario is considered an asset.Effective communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary technical and project teams.Responsibilities:Act as the primary expert on engineering change management processes, ensuring adherence to standards and quality expectations.Provide direction on procedural steps, required documentation, and industry best practices.Help resolve process-related challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical authorities, and external partners as required.Support ongoing updates and enhancements to internal governance frameworks.
