About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our camp-based mining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics activities to ensure the efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of goods. Youll play a key role in maintaining smooth supply chain operations while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Logistics Planning & CoordinationDevelop and manage logistics plans to ensure timely shipping and receiving of materialsCoordinate and track shipments in alignment with site and customer requirementsShipping & Receiving OversightOversee daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activitiesCollaborate with the supply chain team to identify and resolve discrepancies during pre-receiving inspectionsStorage & Equipment ManagementCoordinate storage solutions and manage site equipment requirementsContinuously improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectivenessStakeholder EngagementCommunicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal project teamsBuild and maintain strong working relationships to support seamless operationsMonitoring & ReportingMaintain accurate records of inbound shipments, completed orders, and logistics activitiesPrepare reports on logistics performance, highlighting trends and improvement opportunitiesCompliance & Problem SolvingEnsure adherence to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and ISO standardsTroubleshoot and resolve logistics issues in a timely and efficient mannerQualifications & ExperienceExperience in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detailProficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote camp environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package:$80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experienceFly-in/fly-out rotationFlights providedOpportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environmentAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
