We currently own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger team to support our growth. About the role We are currently looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the companys continued development. Responsibilities - Manage daily administration and contribute to process improvements. - Oversee rent collection and address arrears. - Handle monthly administrative tasks: lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and assignments. - Supervise an administrative assistant and concierges. - Coordinate contractors, vendors, and tenant service requests. - Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. - Manage rental inventory, listings, and conduct unit showings. - Ensure properties are well-maintained and operational. - Contribute actively to the companys growth and success. Profile & Qualifications - Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). - Professionalism and high ethical standards. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and reliability. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. - Team-oriented, dynamic, and collaborative mindset. - Experience and/or training in real estate management (asset). - Fluency in English (spoken and written).
